UK Visas

Welcome to Visa Advice, bringing together UK visa advice and information relating to UK Immigration, European Law, Human Rights Law and British Nationality.
We are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals by providing honest, value for money, and focused advice of the highest quality that will consistently exceed their expectations. We ensure we can provide benefit to our clients by combining the highest standards of business and law with local excellence of service and by maintaining the depth, quality and scale of resources necessary to meet our clients’ needs whenever and wherever they arise.

Visa Advice aim is to be at the forefront of UK Immigration, a desire to promote quality, consistent immigration advice and a willingness to have a voice on issues of importance regarding Government rules and policy changes. This is why we are a member of Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI) which is an independent national charity and exists to campaign for justice in immigration, nationality and refugee law and policy.

Our ways of working is to promote good practice when dealing with client Immigration matters. We listen, understand and advise accordingly, crucially your instructions are central to your case. We will never use sales technique to promote our service and we always look to meet our clients face to face, building the trust from the very first day. We believe in preparing a good application with a strong representation document explaining how you meet the Immigration rules, policy and guidance. This would allow the official to understand your case and it would be un-reasonable to refuse your application where we have clearly demonstrated the requirements have been met.

To re-assure our clients, we are regulated by The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), who is responsible for regulating immigration advisers by ensuring they are fit and competent and act in the best interest of their clients. It is a criminal offence to provide immigration advice if you are not regulated or exempted by the OISC. ICS Legal's OISC registration code is F200600163.

Importantly, our clients provide delicate information regarding their immigration matters, and we make certain that your information is kept secured and is not given to any third party. Therefore, we are regulated by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), who are responsible for regulating and enforcing the access to and use of personal information.

At Visa Advice, we also work closely with educational providers, charity organisations and commercial enterprise, which enables us to build an exceptional knowledge and experience in UK immigration; whereby we provide comprehensive support to migrants either entering or extending their stay in the UK. As a listed organisation (ICS Legal Practice), we have demonstrated a good understanding of the sponsorship arrangements and we have given evidence about the type of checks and services that we will do when working with clients. We can provide you with a document that assesses your readiness to make a sponsorship application.

You can then choose whether to submit this document to the Home Office in support of your sponsorship application - if you do so, one of the benefits you may take advantage of is the fact that Home Office will not normally duplicate the checks that Home Office expect us to have already made. Home Office would therefore expect to make decisions on applications supported by one of these documents well within the standard six-week timescale for processing an application. However, Home Office reserve the right to carry out checks and to visit any prospective sponsor as part of the sponsorship application and management process at any time.

To speak with one of our immigration advisors, please call us on 0207 749 9166 or e-mail us on info@visaadvice.net.
